Presentation on “Population Aging, the SDGs, and AHWIN” at the 7th International Conference for Universal Design

Dr. Osuke Komazawa of ERIA spoke on how universal design relates to aged societies in his talk, entitled “Population Aging, Sustainable Development Goals, and the Asia Health and Wellbeing Initiative,” at the March 2019 conference on Universal Design, held in Bangkok.

  • The Asia Health and Wellbeing Initiative (AHWIN) is an initiative of the Government of Japan that aims to promote regional cooperation that fosters sustainable and self-reliant healthcare systems in Asia. The Healthy Aging Prize for Asian Innovation (HAPI) and this website are operated by the Japan Center for International Exchange (JCIE) and the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA), under the auspices of AHWIN.
